5k Faster & Beyond. This 10 week program incorporates more distance, drills, and intervals to get you running your fastest 5k and preparing you to run 10k to half marathons.
A class designed for beginners to pros. Just bring your own bike and we will place it in a Cycleops Trainer. Classes are filled with intervals and drills to make you a fitter and faster cyclist.
Evening Yoga, a relaxed Vinyasa style yoga class with slow transitions designed to ease you into a restful night. Morning Yoga, a vibrant Vinyasa practice designed to wake up your body and get your day started on the right foot. Appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
